I agree with everything you said Douglas, regarding choosing McCain over Obama.
Frankly, these liberal minded folks don’ really care who happens to be on the Democratic ticket – they are gonna vote Democrat. Too many of them are fed up with the Bush administration and are running around in their pantyhose screaming, “Make Peace, Not War” and “Love the Planet.” to even care who is in the Whitehouse leading our country.

I have come to grips with the ignorance of many. But, showing the recent McCain poll surge – I have a renewed hope that there are truly people who want the BEST for our country. And that is the McCain/Palin ticket. REAL change you can count on!

McCain is a millionaire who doesn’t understand the struggles of poverty or the value of hard work. Yes he served this country 35 years ago. I have brothers who are serving in this pointless illegal war today.

Professionally, his threats of “battle wounds” for America in the form of more war give me no hope in a recovering economy. I own a sandwich shop. Nearby, a Ford motor plant just shut down. I’ve seen sales drop 20% in the past few weeks. I’m not sure how long I can make this last.

From a personal standpoint, He is an uncharismatic speaker who relys on the medias constant assault on Barack Obama’s patriotism to steal the uneducated majority of consumer-voters in this country.

Turn off the television and to the written word. You are being manipulated. They don’t repeat fair and balanced over and over because it’s true.

Well, you don’t have to be a republican to be struck by the coincidence.

I’ve seen this on several blogs…One person mentions the similarity and all of sudden there’s attacks about racism, war, the energy crisis, taxes. All the person did was share some silly coincidence. Now, if this person all of the sudden decides that the coincidence is evidence that McCain deserves their vote- NOW we have a problem. Not that I am saying who should vote for who – just that names alone shouldn’t be the deciding the factor.

Want more silliness?

Think of it this way:

Obama Biden is only SNLA away from Osama Bin Laden.

SNLA = Scottish National Liberation Army….hmmm, just what are those Scotts up to?

the big question is not the coincidence of the names and the mastermind of 911…although you have to wonder about a president with Mohammed as a middle name.

the big question is Obama Nation as commander in chief. No experience what so ever in being in charge of the BIG RED BUTTON. Hell, he may side with the muslim radicals and bombs the USA. This guy is nothing more than media hype just like American Idol news.
